鋰電池低溫充電解決方法
低溫(wen)情況下(xia),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)低于(yu)0℃時,不(bu)帶(dai)加熱功(gong)能(neng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)完電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)高(gao)于(yu)0℃請(qing)馬上充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),或者將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)放入(ru)暖庫,待電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)升高(gao)到5℃以上再(zai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。如果是帶(dai)加熱功(gong)能(neng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時請(qing)留意充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機是否工(gong)作。充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)之后(hou)請(qing)盡(jin)快斷開充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,切勿充(chong)(chong)滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)長時間不(bu)管不(bu)顧。
1、給電池包加熱
如果不考慮電(dian)(dian)池包加熱(re),基本(ben)不可能(neng)做(zuo)到(dao)不損(sun)耗(hao)容量,畢(bi)竟你的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)時(shi)-25度(du)環(huan)境; 這樣的(de)(de)低(di)溫(wen)環(huan)境就(jiu)是簡(jian)單的(de)(de)常溫(wen)充電(dian)(dian),低(di)溫(wen)放電(dian)(dian)都會(hui)對電(dian)(dian)池容量有損(sun)耗(hao),更何況(kuang)你還(huan)要(yao)低(di)溫(wen)充電(dian)(dian)。 建議措施:給電(dian)(dian)池包加熱(re)。
三元電池低溫(wen)充(chong)電,目前(qian)我們公司(si)的單體電池(30Ah)只(zhi)能(neng)(neng)保證可以在0℃充(chong)放電而不(bu)造成電池損耗。如(ru)果模(mo)塊要-25℃下充(chong)放電,建議做外(wai)(wai)部(bu)加熱(re)。 另外(wai)(wai),跟電壓沒有多大(da)關系(xi),只(zhi)要充(chong)電有鋰嵌入到(dao)負極,就有可能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生析鋰,
2、減少充電速度
-20℃時,如果使用C/30的速度給三元鋰電池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),最終的容量只有標稱(cheng)的77%,如果(guo)減少(shao)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)速(su)度(du)到C/100,最終容量可(ke)達(da)100%,但要(yao)連續4天才(cai)能充(chong)(chong)滿一顆電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。故此(ci)可(ke)以考慮先慢充(chong)(chong)以提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)溫度(du),再(zai)改換成快充(chong)(chong),部分車企的BMS也有該功能,比如說(shuo)以C/5的速(su)度(du)充(chong)(chong)至20%,再(zai)全速(su)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)。
3、提高電池溫度
盡可能在房間里充(chong)電,比如說地(di)下停(ting)車場,部分熱管(guan)理系統(tong)做得好的車企,絕對是(shi)可以極大地(di)提高電車寒冷的冬季(ji)電動車續航的。
